Theresa came over last night and we worked on teacher gifts. We stayed up until about 2:30A! Why is it that it seems that time just stands still and you can forget all about sleep deprivation, when just chatting with your sister or BFFs? I swear we could solve ALL world problems at that time of the morning, couldn't we?! :o)
We made mini Santa pails this year (about 14" in diameter) . . . but I think they turned out really cute! The belt buckle is made with the Stampin' Up! Curly Label punch and a 3/4" square punch. We'd made "real" size
paint cans last year . . . you could fill it with stuff, but it really did take alot of stuff to fill it too! After finding (and reading) last year's blog, seems that Sissy and I have a habit of staying up late crafting, don't we?!?! LOVE IT and wouldn't have it any other way though!Since Patrick has the same teacher, that Nathan had last year, I guess she'll have a mini matching paint tin now! :o)
We're going to make two other items on the 18th . . . finishing up the samples to show you, so stay tuned! I'll be sending out an e-mail reminder next week, but don't forget to RSVP on the December workshop.
