Tomorrow is Teacher Appreciation Day! For anyone that is a teacher . . . thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do! You teach our children the fundamentals to grow into responsible adults and you have the patience of a saint! Not to mention, you definitely do not get paid enough!
This is what I made Nathan and Patrick's teachers: a matchbox with the Stampin' Up! Matchbox Bigz Xl Die (fits either 3 little ChapStick® or 4 chocolate nuggets), a seed packet holder (that we made at our last workshop), and a 3" x 3" card. We also got a Walmart gift card with . . . are you ready for this?! Baby Breath flower seed packets attached! How perfect is that?! I put the gift card inside the seed packet holder. Although the card is small, I thought it was perfect size for the boys sentiment . . . doesn't take up alot of room, to tell a teacher how wonderful they are! :o) I got the little baskets from the Dollar Tree store.
I hope they enjoy their gift(s). Tomorrow I will announce the May Blog Candy AND the May Stampin' Up! promotion! WAHOO! Thanks for stopping by my craft room!

I think that the teachers will really like your little gifts. You did a great job and some cute ideas. I do think they are given enough credit.
ReplyDeleteThank you to all the teachers out there.
How sweet Peggy! I am sure they will love their gifts!
ReplyDeleteOn my previous comments I meant to say that I do NOT think they are given enough credit. Sorry to all teachers out there. I know it is a thankless job sometimes.
